Produce curriculum video at a volume where hand-animation was never going to be affordable, in four languages, without the drift in style, terminology and pacing that generative tools introduce the moment you scale past a few dozen clips.

We wrote the storyboard standard operating procedure before generating a single frame: fixed clip structure, a controlled terminology list per subject and language, and rules for character, framing and pacing. Then we built tooling that generates storyboards inside those rules, so the creative team directs rather than starts from blank.

Generation, AI voice and dubbing run as a pipeline with human review gates at storyboard, first cut and final. Nothing ships without a person signing it off.
