What we do with what you send us.
This site collects only what you type into its forms. Here is what happens to it, in plain language.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, and anything else you choose to fill in, such as a company name, phone number, budget range and project description. When you apply for a role, we store your name, contact details, links you share, your answers, and the CV you upload.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to you about a project, or to consider you for a role. Contact enquiries are read by the studio's founders and project leads. Applications are read by the hiring lead for the relevant discipline.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a database and file store controlled by Midknightstudio Private Limited. Uploaded CVs are not publicly accessible and are only available to signed-in members of the studio's administration panel.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and archived afterwards. Applications are kept for twelve months so that we can reach out when a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete anything you have sent us at any time. Email contact@midknightstudio.com and we will confirm once it is done.
