Unity Developer
Build AR learning modules and real-time 3D experiences in Unity that run at sixty frames per second on classroom hardware.

You will join the team that builds our AR and game work in Unity. Most of what you ship goes to schools, on smart boards and tablets, so performance on modest Android hardware matters as much as features. You will work directly with artists, designers and a lead engineer, and you will see your work in a classroom within your first few months.
What you will ship in the first ninety days
- 01Ship at least two AR learning units to production
- 02Own the performance budget for one target device
- 03Pair with the content team on one new-language rollout
What you will do
- —Build gameplay, AR interaction and UI in Unity with C#
- —Profile and optimise for low-end and mid-range Android devices
- —Work with the content pipeline so that modules can be re-rolled in new languages
- —Review builds with artists and designers and fix what does not feel right
- —Write the technical notes that go into our handover packs
What we are looking for
- —Two or more years shipping Unity projects, at least one of them to real users
- —Comfortable with C#, Unity UI, addressables and the profiler
- —Some experience with AR Foundation, ARCore or ARKit
- —You can explain a performance problem and how you fixed it
Nice to have
- —Shader or VFX Graph work
- —Experience with smart boards, kiosks or other unusual targets
- —Working knowledge of Hindi or Marathi
